We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund of up to 70% of your total invoice.

Is the tour suitable for families or solo travelers?

Yes, our tour is perfect for families, solo travelers, and groups. We tailor the experience to ensure everyone feels welcome and engaged. We recommend children over the age of 13 when it comes to visiting the Kigali Memorial Site and they must be accompanied preferably by a parent or guardian

Is the tour accessible for individuals with mobility challenges?

Although we aim to accommodate all guests, we don’t have a wheelchair accessible vehicle yet.  Let us know about any mobility needs so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are recommended. Bring a light jacket or rain gear, depending on the season.

Do I need to bring anything specific?

A reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat are helpful. If you plan to shop, bring cash mainly. Only a few places will take cards.

What languages do the guides speak?

Our guides are fluent in English and some in French. If you need support in another language, let us know in advance.

Will the guides provide cultural insights?
